As used in this chapter: (1) "Account" means an account in a qualified ABLE program. (2) "Qualified ABLE program" means the same as that term is defined in 26 U.S.C. Sec. 529A. (3) "State Achieving a Better Life Experience Program" means the program created by this chapter.
