(1) Subject to Subsection (2), the commission may issue an off-premise beer retailer state license for a premises that is a package agency located at a brewery manufacturing facility. (2) An off-premise beer retailer state licensee described in Subsection (1) may not sell beer: (a) other than beer that is the product of the brewery manufacturing licensee that holds the package agency located on the premises; or (b) at a time other than a time a package agency may sell liquor under Subsection 32B-2-605(13).
