It is unlawful for a person to store: (1) liquor on premises for which the person is authorized to sell beer for on-premise consumption, but for which the person is not licensed under this title to sell liquor; or (2) an alcoholic beverage for sale on premises for which the person is not licensed or otherwise authorized under this title to sell the alcoholic beverage.
