(1) If an alcohol license is changed, transferred, or moved in violation of this chapter, the commission may: (a) void the change, transfer, or move; and (b) require the alcohol license to be forfeited. (2) Subsection (1) is in addition to any other penalty under this title that is applicable to the person who violates this chapter. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 447, 2022 General Session
