(1) A person may not perform, offer to perform, or advertise any pharmacy benefits management service in the state unless the person is licensed as a pharmacy benefit manager under this chapter. (2) A person may not utilize the services of another person as a pharmacy benefit manager if the person knows or has reason to know that the other person does not have a license under this chapter.
