(1) (a) A special purpose financial captive insurance company is subject to: (i) this chapter; and (ii) Chapter 37, Captive Insurance Companies Act. (b) If there is a conflict between this chapter and Chapter 37, Captive Insurance Companies Act, this chapter controls.
