As used in this part: (1) (a) "Motor vehicle" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-6a-102. (b) For purposes of this chapter, "motor vehicle" includes a street-legal all-terrain vehicle. (2) "Motor vehicle business" means a motor vehicle sales agency, repair shop, service station, storage garage, or public parking place. (3) "Motor vehicle liability policy" means a policy which satisfies the requirements of Sections
