An individual title licensee may not conduct the business of title insurance while conducting business as a holder of a license or certificate under: (1) Title 61, Chapter 2c, Utah Residential Mortgage Practices and Licensing Act; (2) Title 61, Chapter 2f, Real Estate Licensing and Practices Act; or (3) Title 61, Chapter 2g, Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Act.
