31A-16a-110. Severability clause. If a provision of this chapter, or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidation does not affect the provisions or applications of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this chapter are severable.
