31A-16-119. Severability. If any chapter, section, or subsection of this chapter or the application of any chapter, section, or subsection to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the provisions of this chapter shall be given effect without the invalid provision or application. The provisions of this chapter are severable.
