Permit violation

A person is in violation of the permit issued under this part if the person violates:
(1) a provision of this part;
(2) a provision of licensing laws under Section 10-8-41.6 or Section 17-78-1004;
(3) a provision of Title 76, Chapter 9, Part 11, Cigarettes, Tobacco, and Psychotoxic Chemical
Solvents;
(4) a provision of Title 76, Chapter 17, Part 4, Offenses Concerning a Pattern of Unlawful Activity;
(5) a regulation restricting the sale and distribution of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco issued by
the United States Food and Drug Administration under 21 C.F.R. Part 1140; or
(6) any other provision of state law or local ordinance regarding the sale, marketing, or distribution
of a tobacco product, an electronic cigarette product, or a nicotine product.
