(1) Sections 26B-7-304 through 26B-7-315 apply to involuntary orders of restriction applied to an individual by the department or a local health department. (2) The provisions of Sections 26B-7-304 through 26B-7-315 supersede the provisions of Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act. (3) The department may adopt rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, as necessary to administer the provisions of Sections 26B-7-304 through 26B-7-315.
