As used in this part: (1) "Commission" means the Utah Behavioral Health Commission created in Section 26B-5-702. (2) "Master plan" means the Utah Behavioral Health Assessment and Master Plan. (3) "Mental disorder" means the same as that term is defined in the current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association. (4) "Substance use disorder" means the same as that term is defined in the current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.
