(1) If any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 or the application of any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this title and Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 remain effective without the invalidated provision or application. (2) The provisions of this title and Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 are severable. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 307, 2023 General Session
