Liability insurance required

The Medicaid program may not reimburse a home health agency, as defined in Section
26B-2-201, for home health services provided to an enrollee unless the home health agency has
liability coverage of:
(1) at least $500,000 per incident; or
(2) an amount established by department rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah
Administrative Rulemaking Act.
