Taking protected aquatic wildlife or eggs unlawful except as authorized

A person may not take protected aquatic wildlife or eggs of aquatic wildlife in the waters of this
state, except as provided by this title or the rules of the Wildlife Board made in accordance with
Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.
