(1) When it is apparent that beaver are doing damage to, or are a menace to, private property, a landowner or tenant may request authorization to kill or trap the beaver. (2) The Wildlife Board may grant authorization described in Subsection (1) under conditions prescribed by the Wildlife Board. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session
