Duplicate license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration

(1) If an unexpired license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration issued under this title is
destroyed, lost, or stolen, the division, a person designated by the director, or the division's
authorized license agents may issue a duplicate license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration
in accordance with the rules set and fees determined by the Wildlife Board.
(2) Upon issuance of a duplicate license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration, the original
license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration is invalid.
