Voluntary contribution for wildlife crossings

(1) An individual who applies for a permit described in Chapter 4, Licenses, Permits, Certificates of
Registration, and Tags, may designate a voluntary contribution for wildlife crossing construction
and related activities.
(2) This contribution shall be:
(a) collected by the division;
(b) treated as a voluntary contribution to wildlife crossing construction and not a permit fee; and
(c) transferred to the Wildlife Crossing Account created in Subsection 72-2-124(14), less actual
administrative costs associated with collecting and transferring the contributions.
