Donating protected wildlife

(1) A person may only donate protected wildlife or wildlife parts to another person in accordance
with this section.
(2) Documentation of donation shall be kept with the protected wildlife or wildlife parts showing:
(a) the number and species of protected wildlife or wildlife parts donated;
(b) the date of donation;
(c) the license or permit number of the donor; and
(d) an image or picture of the wildlife or wildlife parts donated.
(3) Notwithstanding Subsections (1) and (2), a person may donate the hide of a big game animal to
another person at any place without a donation slip.
