Form of ballot -- Manner of voting

(1) A county clerk shall ensure that the information described in Subsection 20A-7-209(2)(d) is
presented, as required, upon the official ballot with, immediately adjacent to the information,
the words "For" and "Against," each word presented with an adjacent square in which the voter
may indicate the voter's vote.
(2) A voter desiring to vote in favor of enacting the law proposed by the initiative petition shall mark
the square adjacent to the word "For," and a voter desiring to vote against enacting the law
proposed by the initiative petition shall mark the square adjacent to the word "Against."
