Posting initiative information

(1) Within one business day after the day on which the lieutenant governor receives the initial fiscal
impact statement under Subsection 20A-7-202.5(3)(a), the lieutenant governor shall post the
following information together in a conspicuous place on the lieutenant governor's website:
(a) the initiative application;
(b) the initiative petition;
(c) the text of the proposed law;
(d) the initial fiscal impact statement; and
(e) information describing how an individual may remove the individual's signature from the
initiative petition.
(2) The lieutenant governor shall:
(a) promptly update the information described in Subsection (1) if the information changes,
including if the text of the proposed law is modified under Subsection 20A-7-204.1(5); and
(b) maintain the information described in Subsection (1) on the lieutenant governor's website until
the initiative fails to qualify for the ballot or is passed or defeated at an election.
