Municipal notice of candidate filing for municipal election

On or before the first business day in May of an odd-numbered year, the election officer of a
municipality shall publish for the municipality, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for 30
calendar days:
(1) a list of the municipal offices to be voted on in the upcoming municipal general election; and
(2) the declaration of candidacy period, described in Subsection 20A-9-203(3)(d), for the municipal
offices described in Subsection (1).
