County notice of candidate filing for regular election -- Notice of local ballot

On or before the third Friday after the first Monday in November in an odd-numbered year, the clerk
of a county shall publish for the county, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for 30
calendar days, notice that includes:

(1) the portion of the information, provided to the county clerk by the lieutenant governor under
Section 20A-5a-201, relating to races in which a resident of the county may vote;
(2) the offices to be filled at the next year's regular general election for:
(a) county offices for the county; and
(b) local school board offices in the county;
(3) the dates for filing a declaration of candidacy, and for submitting and certifying nomination
petition signatures, as applicable, under Sections 20A-9-403, 20A-9-407, and 20A-9-408 for the
offices described in Subsection (2)(a);
(4) the dates for filing a declaration of candidacy for local school board offices in the county; and
(5) a description of the local ballot propositions to be decided by the voters that have qualified for
the ballot as of that date.
