(1) Except as provided in Subsection (3), an election officer shall post and update the data described in Subsection (2) on the election officer's website, on the following days, after the election officer finishes processing ballots on that day: (a) the day after the day of the election; (b) each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after the day described in Subsection (1)(a), until the final posting described in Subsection (1)(c); and (c) the last day of the election canvass. (2) The data that an election officer is required to post under Subsection (1) includes: (a) the total number of active registered voters as of the Friday before the election; (b) an estimate of the total number of ballots received by the election officer; and (c) of the number described in Subsection (2)(b), a subtotal for each of the following: (i) the number of ballots counted; (ii) the number of ballots that have not been counted; (iii) the number of ballots the election officer rejected that are curable but have not yet been cured; and (iv) the number of ballots the election officer rejected because the ballots could not legally be cured. (3) An election officer is not required to post the data described in Subsection (2) on a day described in Subsection (1)(b) if the most recent data posted by the election officer on a day described in Subsection (1)(b) has not changed.
