Severability clause

If any provision of Laws of Utah 2014, Chapter 17, or the application of any provision of Laws of
Utah 2014, Chapter 17, to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court
of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of Laws of Utah 2014, Chapter 17, shall be given effect
without the invalid provision or application. The provisions of Laws of Utah 2014, Chapter 17, are
severable.
