Additional requirements for notice of a dormancy period extension hearing

Each notice under Section 17C-1-806 of a dormancy period extension hearing shall include a
statement that an individual who objects to the proposed dormancy period extension may appear
before the board at the hearing to explain why the individual believes the proposed dormancy
period should not be extended.
