The county recorder shall have a seal, furnished by the county legislative body, the impression of which shall contain: (1) the words: "State of Utah, County Recorder"; and (2) the name of the county in which the seal is to be used. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 13, 2025 Special Session 1
