Crime insurance for breach of duty by county legislative body member

A legislative body shall:
(1) obtain, and pay the premiums for, crime insurance on the members of the legislative body in
relation to the performance of the member's duties; and
(2) set the amount of coverage required for the crime insurance described in Subsection (1).
