political subdivisions. (1) Any county may use any money the county receives from the United States as in-lieu payments under P.L. 94-565 (90 Stat. 2662) for any governmental purpose in the county, and may share revenues with cities, towns, or any other political subdivision within the county's jurisdiction. (2) The county may contract with another political subdivision as to how money shared under Subsection (1) may be allocated and used by the political subdivision.
