A decal issued by the Division of Facilities Construction and Management and affixed by a third party inspection agency in compliance with this part shall warrant that the modular building unit has been inspected in accordance with this part and the modular building unit is: (1) fit for human occupancy; and (2) manufactured in accordance with applicable codes and the construction documents.
