Utah Code § 13-71-401

Severability

(1) If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision to any person or circumstance
is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this
chapter shall be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
(2) The provisions of this chapter are severable.
(3) Nothing in this chapter shall displace any other available remedies or rights authorized under
the laws of this state or the United States.
