13-67-102. Applicability of chapter. This chapter does not apply to an Internet service provider serving as an intermediary for a transmission of an electronic message between members of an online dating service provider. Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of newly enacted Chapter also in SB 152, Chapter 498.
