(1) A postsecondary school shall provide an official transcript or diploma to a student within 60 days of receiving a request from the student or the student's authorized representative. (2) A postsecondary school may charge a reasonable fee to provide a transcript or diploma as described in Subsection (1). Repealed and Re-enacted by Chapter 458, 2023 General Session
