Violation of an administrative order, a restraining order, or an injunctive order --

Civil penalty.

 If a person violates an administrative order, a restraining order, or an injunction that the division
issues under this chapter and the person receives notice of the administrative order, restraining
order, or injunction, the division may submit a motion for, or a court with jurisdiction may impose,
a civil penalty of not more than $100 for each day a person violates an administrative order, a
restraining order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction that the division issues under this
chapter.
