Sec. 982.302. REINSURANCE NOT PROHIBITED. This chapter does not prohibit a foreign insurance company from: (1) reinsuring a domestic insurance company; or (2) locating in this state, if the company does not directly insure persons domiciled in this state or insure against risks located in this state.
