Sec. 98.107. EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGARDING REPORTING SYSTEM. The department shall provide education and training for health care facility staff regarding this chapter. The training must be reasonable in scope and focus primarily on: (1) the implementation and management of a facility reporting mechanism; (2) characteristics of the reporting system, including public reporting by the department and facility reporting to the department; (3) confidentiality; and (4) legal protections.
