Sec. 96.302. REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF LIQUIDATING AGENT. (a) The commissioner, with or without cause, may remove a liquidating agent and appoint another agent. (b) If a liquidating agent resigns, dies, or otherwise becomes unable to serve, the commissioner shall promptly appoint another agent.
