Sec. 96.151. PLACEMENT OF SAVINGS BANK UNDER CONSERVATORSHIP. If the commissioner does not approve a plan to continue the operation of a savings bank under Section 96.108 , the conservator shall continue to manage the affairs of the savings bank unless the temporary conservatorship order is modified or vacated: (1) by order of the commissioner; or (2) as a result of judicial review.
