Sec. 96.107. HEARING ON TEMPORARY SUPERVISORY ORDER; FINAL ORDER. (a) A temporary supervisory order issued under Section 96.105 becomes final and unappealable on the 15th day after the date on which it is issued unless before that day the savings bank or a person affected by the order requests a hearing before the commissioner to determine whether the order should be vacated, made permanent, or modified. (b) The commissioner shall set the hearing to be held not earlier than the 10th day or later than the 30th day after the date of the request. The hearing must be held at the offices of the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. (c) After the hearing, the commissioner may enter a final order that vacates the temporary order or makes the temporary order permanent in its original or a modified form that is consistent with the facts found by the commissioner. (d) The commissioner shall enter the final order not later than the 15th day after the date on which the hearing is completed.
