Sec. 953.161. MISLEADING STATEMENTS PROHIBITED. A company, a sales representative, or a representative of a sales representative may not, in the company's contracts or marketing: (1) make, permit, or cause to be made any false or misleading statement; or (2) deliberately omit a material statement if the omission would be considered misleading.
