Sec. 953.153. CONTRACTING ATTORNEY REQUIREMENTS. A contracting attorney must: (1) be licensed in the jurisdiction in which the legal services are performed; (2) be in good standing with the entity that licenses attorneys in that jurisdiction; and (3) maintain professional liability and errors and omissions insurance with minimum annual limits of $100,000 for each occurrence and $300,000 in the aggregate.
