Sec. 95.04. PER DIEM; EXPENSES. Members of the board shall receive a per diem payment as provided by the legislature and shall in addition be reimbursed for the actual expenses incurred by them in the performance of their duties. Payment shall be made out of the appropriation for the support and maintenance of the state university system as the board may direct.
