Sec. 95.032. CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION. (a) After completing a citrus fruit inspection, the inspector shall issue a certificate of inspection for all citrus fruit that meets the requirements of this chapter. (b) A person may not make or issue a false certificate of inspection. (c) A person may not sell, transport, or deliver for transportation citrus fruit that is not accompanied by a certificate of inspection. (d) A certificate of inspection shall be in the form provided by the department and shall state that all inspection fees under this chapter have been paid.
