Sec. 94.303. CUMULATIVE REMEDIES. (a) The provisions of this chapter are not exclusive and are in addition to any other remedy provided by other law. (b) A specific remedy provided by this chapter supersedes the general remedy provided by this subchapter and is in addition to any other remedy provided by other law.
