Sec. 93.023. BRIGHT GRADE. Bright oranges, satsumas, tangerines, and grapefruit are: (1) fairly bright in color; (2) less fine and smooth in texture, and have a thicker skin, than fancy brights; and (3) may have skin defects that do not affect the merchantable quality of the fruit.
