Sec. 92.401. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. (a) Except as provided by Section 92.407 , this subchapter applies only to the merger or consolidation of a domestic savings bank with a foreign savings bank. (b) The requirements of and authority and duties provided by this subchapter are in addition to those provided by Subchapter H.
