Sec. 912.752. FRAUDULENT OPERATION OR IMPROPER CONTESTS: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY. After notice and hearing, the commissioner shall revoke the certificate of authority of a county mutual insurance company that is: (1) operating fraudulently; or (2) improperly contesting the company's claims.
