Sec. 912.057. POLICYHOLDER MEETINGS. (a) A county mutual insurance company shall hold a policyholder meeting to elect directors and transact business at the time and place and in the manner prescribed by the company's bylaws. (b) A special meeting of a company's policyholders may be called by: (1) the president, the general manager, or one-third of the company's directors; or (2) the commissioner.
