Sec. 91.801. RULES AUTHORIZING MULTIPLE OR ALTERNATIVE USES OF WELLS. The commission shall adopt rules allowing: (1) a person to obtain a permit for a well from the commission that authorizes the well to be used for multiple purposes; and (2) an operator of a well authorized by a permit issued by the commission to convert the well from its authorized purpose to a new or additional purpose.
